Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your SerenioMind account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Use one of the methods below.

What will be deleted

  • Your account and profile information (name, email, sign-in details)
  • Chat history and AI conversation messages
  • Voice transcripts saved to your account
  • Journal entries, reflections, and community posts
  • App preferences and usage settings

Some information may be retained for a limited time where required by law (e.g., billing records) or in fully anonymized form for aggregated analytics. We do not retain any data that can identify you after deletion.

How to request deletion

  1. In the app (instant): open Profile → Settings → Delete Account and confirm.
  2. From this page: fill out the form below and submit it. You'll be taken to your email client to send us the request.
  3. By email: send a deletion request from your registered email address to mehedimahbub706@gmail.com.

Submit a deletion request

Use the same email you signed up with so we can verify the request.

Submitting will open your email client with a pre-filled message to mehedimahbub706@gmail.com. Just press send to complete your request.

What happens next

  • We process all deletion requests within 30 days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
  • Backups containing your data are purged on a rolling basis as part of our standard retention cycle.
